Trainee Process Consultant - International Voice Process (US Healthcare sector)
As a Trainee Process Consultant, you will be responsible for processing claims, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by adhering to client SLAs.
- Utilize company policies to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Input and update customer records in the company platform.
- Ensure quick and accurate decision-making to resolve customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers only (Graduates: BCom, BSc, BBA, BPharma)
- Only Non-Tech Graduates - 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 passouts.
- BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, and Diploma holders are not eligible for this position.
Additional Details
- Shifts: Candidate should be flexible with any given shifts.
- Working Days: Five days (Saturday & Sunday off)
- Transportation: Two-way cab provided
